Quenton said the communication was terrible. The overall experience was not what he had expected. He said the letters to his vehicle was the wrong color and finish and had to be reordered. It took them 9 months to fix his vehicle because there were other vehicles ahead of his. He does not recall how late it was. He said he had to call to get updates and he feels they should have been the ones calling him.
