Review for Momentum BMW Mini-Body Shop
Robert R. on 11/12/2012
Robert said he had a lot of problems with this business. The window on the rear driver's side will not work, but it was working just fine before the accident. This business told him it is because the window needs a motor, but the vehicle is almost brand new. The lining of the sunroof was not put on properly. When the vehicle gets up to about 75 miles per hour it starts shaking. He said there was a nail in the passenger's side of the vehicle, but he chose not to elaborate. His vehicle was ready three days later than promised because it needed a new battery, which they replaced, but they held his vehicle hostage until they could get either him or the insurance company to pay for the new battery. He was not kept informed at all, this business only called him one time after he left them a message. Every time he called this business to check up on his vehicle they told him they were just going to call him. The estimate took two weeks to complete because this business was waiting on the insurance company. He was not satisfied with the way he was treated and he was not happy with the communication. He said he would not recommend this business based on this experience. He said he had a really bad experience.
