Tonia said she gives it a 4 rating when it comes to her satisfaction with the overall experience because the first employee she dealt with wasn't being communicative. She was given 3 different delivery times, but she doesn't blame this business for it. Regarding the way she was kept informed, it was realized an employee, who got dismissed, has taken parts. A bumper for her vehicle was taken. It wasn't made known until this business started to put her vehicle back together. The first employee she dealt with in which she's not satisfied with the way she was kept informed because it wasn't communicated well and it went for about 3 weeks which she didn't hear about it. Steve was making sure everything was on top of the game and Randy took over staying on top of it. Her questions then got answers to them and was kept informed. Both Steve and Randy are awesome. They are excellent employees which made it as best as it could be.
