Luis said their customer service is good. There was no date promised for completion but as they opened the vehicle they found more damage than originally anticipated and the work took one month. While he received a few calls and an email every three days or so, he stated he felt there should have been daily updates. When he attempted to access the updated pictures of his vehicle on the website, he was unable to do so.
