Helen said she was satisfied with the quality of the repair, however, it took longer than she expected. Her vehicle was ready 1 week past the time it was promised, because they didn't know how they were going to repair her navigational system. They also forgot to fix her side bar the last time she went in, so they had to fix that as well. It was a nightmare, because the business has an automated system that sends emails, stating that her vehicle was ready when it wasn't and it wasted a lot of her time. She wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process, because her husband had to call to follow-up on the status of her vehicle, a few different times. She mentioned that the guy in charge of the repair, went on vacation and the people handling it, didn't know what they were doing. In the past, she has had good experiences. She would still recommend this business to others, because the quality of work is great, but there was a lot of miscommunication this time and she wasn't happy with it.
