Victoria said they repaired a small dent and the vehicle was driveable. They did not tell her how long the work would take, but they had the vehicle for three weeks. She said she felt it took way too long. This business did not call her about any delays. They did not keep her updated and their communication was poor. For the last few days they had her vehicle she emailed this business daily. She said she had to leave town and she was not going to take the rental vehicle she had because it was not the appropriate vehicle. This business did not answer her emails promptly. When she finally reached someone they told her the vehicle would be done the next day, but it was not ready until the day after. She said it would have been better if this business had ordered the necessary parts and then called her to have her bring her vehicle in. She was not happy with the way she was treated because of the lack of updates and communication.
