Spoke with Stephanie. She said the vehicle is still not completely repaired and they have to take it back when the parts come in. She was not kept adequately informed of the repair process except when she called and asked for updates. The business called her on the day the vehicle was supposed to be ready to let her know it wasn't ready. She was already at the business to pick up the vehicle, so she was not satisfied with the communication. Robert was very apologetic and nice to work with.
