Spoke with Guillermo. He said he rated his overall experience with the business a 1 because they charged his insurance company for fixing his antenna but it was not actually fixed. His vehicle looks like someone punched in his sunroof, there is a dent in it and there is a plastic piece by his driver's side door that is loose. His vehicle was ready 5 days later than promised and he does not know why. Jeff was great. He would recommend this business to others, but he would warn them that they make a lot of mistakes.
