Hermann said he rated 3 because he wasn't impressed. He returned the vehicle today because there's a brand new problem with the cooling system. It was a few days late and he had to pick up a rental vehicle, but his personal assistant handled this and he didn't remember the details. He considered the information adequate in that he received 2 emails informing him they were running late. Hermann had no personal interaction with the estimator, and his personal assistant worked with the personnel. He would not recommend this business because the service was absolutely not good and it wasn't what he'd expected. The vehicle has new problems, the repair was late, and it was incomplete. Hermann chose them because it's a big BMW representative and he thought he could get the vehicle well taken care of, but he had to say, he now regretted it. There's a shop around the corner from him that handles European vehicles, and they've always done a much better job than this business. Hermann just returned his vehicle to this business this afternoon, and he was driving home in another rental vehicle due to the new and unexpected problems with his vehicle.

Hermann brought his car to Momentum BMW Mini Body Shop for a bumper repair which was completed in three days. Hermann's personal assistant then requested the car be taken to the BMW Service Department for additional repairs. The complaints that Hermann has were not related to the body shop repairs, but rather to the work done in the service department.
