Spoke with Stephanie. She said she appreciated Robert taking the next step with the insurance company because he located additional damages during the repairs. He worked with the insurance on his own initiative to submit an additional damages claim on her behalf. He saved her a lot of money and time. She would have had to submit a separate claim for the additional damages with the insurance company if it weren't for him.
