Adam said this business did not receive a rating of a five because they did not do their job. He stated he was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because they did not check over all of the work that needed to be done on his vehicle. He mentioned he was not given a promise time for his vehicle but it took a while. He added he was not kept informed well because he only got text message updates and they were no help. He said he was not satisfied with the communication because no one called him when his vehicle was done and he could have gotten his vehicle back sooner because of this. He stated he would not recommend this business to others because of the previously stated issues as well as previous experiences. He mentioned they did not fix his light and they left overspray on the grill of his vehicle. He added they overlooked work that was on the work order. He said he paid $1,300 for his light on his vehicle that was not fixed.
