Lori said her vehicle was supposed to have been moved from the business to the service department while she was out of the country. When she got back, she discovered this had not happened. She was very disappointed but has since spoken with the staff and has been given a resolution. She chose not to elaborate further. She was very satisfied with the staff and with the work done on her vehicle.
