Thomas said this business provided excellent quality but felt his initial promise date of May 14 was extraordinarily long and was given several additional roving promise dates due to parts delays. He was never kept updated and was in the dark regarding the repair process for over a month. He mentioned the excess time caused him to delay his homecoming to Oregon. He was satisfied with his estimate because the person handling it was not the representative who handled the rest of his experience. He was not satisfied with communication and would not recommend this business because of the issues already stated.
