Carlos said this is his second time coming to the business for service. They performed pretty good work on his vehicle and it looked as if nothing happened to his vehicle. He mentioned there was a two day delay due to a miscommunication between the business and the insurance company. They said they were waiting on the insurance company to approve the adjustment on the estimate. The insurance company only covered his rental for thirty days so he had to pay for the extra two days out of his own pocket. He mentioned leaving items in his vehicle on his first visit and they were untouched when he picked up his vehicle. On this visit he left those same items in his vehicle but when he received his vehicle he notice his iPhone was missing.
