Jennie stated the general manager was wonderful. However, she gave a 1 rating for the overall experience because she received a phone call that her vehicle was ready. Therefore, she returned the rental vehicle. Shortly thereafter, she received another phone call around 6:00 pm saying the vehicle wasn't ready. As a result, she had to hitch a ride home. The adjustor wasn't satisfactory because his response to the incident was just go get another rental. The vehicle was 1 week late because there was a challenge getting the parts. As a result she wasn't satisfied with the personnel. In addition, she probably wouldn't recommend the business to others and chose not to elaborate further.

Unfortuantely there were many parts delays throughout the duration of Jennie's repair which were unavoidable. The day that Jennie was told her car would be ready, it was pending the arrival of the needed parts. Despite the parts being promised for arrival that day, they never came in. Due to a lag in communication, Jennie was not informed that her car would not be ready. At this point she had returned her rental and was not able to be put back into the rental because the rental company was already closed. I called Jennie the next morning and offered her my sincere apology.
