Spoke with Eyin. He said he had to take his vehicle back to this business two times after picking it up. He stated that they changed the target date. It was initially estimated for about a month and it took over two months as they were waiting on unspecified parts and found additional damage. He said he is unsure about the person who prepared his estimate. He mentioned after he learned about the repair tracker online, he was then getting daily updates and he was satisfied with that.
