Tiffany said the beginning of her experience with the business was absolutely horrible. The staff member she worked with was rude to her. They had her vehicle for two months but did not call her or give her a reason for the delay. They told her the insurance company required that they use aftermarket parts. If those do not fit, they could use manufacturer parts. She was paying for a rental vehicle for two months. After that, the manager got involved. He was awesome and he took care of everything. Even though her experience ended well, she would not recommend them to others due to the rest of the experience.
