Dawn, the lady that answers the phone and sits at the desk is extremely rude! I have dealt with her on multiple occasions and every time she has been very unhelpful and has an attitude. Also, the hours are not customer friendly; being closed for lunch from 12-1 when most people are able to drop off / pick up their vehicle is not customer friendly service.

"Above and Beyond Service "
Even when the check engine light on my car comes on and I can no longer put gas in it, I don't worry. I know all I have to do is call Morristown Hyundai, bring my car down, and they'll take care of the rest. They have quality customer service and treat their customers questions and concerns with sensitivity and knowledgeability I never leave here feeling confused and I wish more businesses had their dedication and helpfulness.
