Michael said the employee did not call him back when promised. When he called in, the employee said he had been trying to call all morning. He informed him on what they found wrong with his vehicle, and added they could not complete service at the time originally promised. He appreciates that they fixed it, and they did a good job on the vehicle.

John said this business was going to supply a part but he researched the part and found it for 60 dollars less. When he spoke to the employees, they agreed to match the lifetime warranty and the labor. When he went to pick the vehicle up, they said they couldn't do it because he supplied the part. He has taken vehicles there in the past and has trusted them but this has taken the shine off.

Joe said the cost was excessive at the business. They charged him $170 for a part that cost $5. His vehicle was towed there by Triple A and the cost was not worth it. He does not plan do continue doing business with them.

Frank said he has had problems with his vehicle the last two times they have worked on it. They charged $1,085. His vehicle has been stalling on him ever since. He brought his vehicle back and now they say they might have to replace the wires. That will be another $140. He is very unhappy with the service and will not recommend them due to this experience.

James said he went in for a tune-up and he had the radiator replaced. He said a week later, his vehicle would not start and he could not use it for three days. It cost him an additional $300. He said his vehicle should have been fixed properly the first time. He said he would not recommend the business to others based on this experience.
