Had a dead battery and vehicle needed towed. Tow truck showed up and they were able to get me to the shop and have a new battery installed in less than 2 hours. Mechanics were friendly and informative. Was planning to change myself, but did not have the specific tools needed due to bad corrosion of the terminals.
