Staff not welcoming on the phone
When I called to inquire about the wait time for an inspection. The person who answered the phone seemed annoyed at my questions and I was going to go to honda on hillside. When I went there in person the staff was somewhat nicer so I did the inspection with them. It also seemed that a new staff member was perhaps training. Which is not my problem. I have spent thousands at this location. Every call or staff interaction should be welcoming.
