Inconsistencies, But Satisfied
My overall rating of four stars is no reflection on the quality of service given my Mitsubishi Outlander which I would give a five star rating. Rather it is due to the inconsistent behavior of a receptionist who greeted customers upon their initial entrance into the service department on the day that I visited OKC Auto Works. I waited an inordinate length of time before she inquired if I had been helped. One might say well why didn't you be proactive and make your presence know after a while. Oh, I should mention at this juncture that while i waited two other customers came in who she greeted right away; and who did not have to make themselves known to her to be recognized. Let me be clear that the action or inaction of the receptionist will not deter me from bring my "O" backed to be serviced by the technicians at OKC Auto Works. Additionally, having a pleasant post service on my "O" conversation with Bryant, service department manager, will be another reason for returning.
