My car battery (which was 6 months old, and under a 3 year warranty) was complelty dead. Pete's Towing came out and tested the battery, and confirmed the battery was dead. When I asked if he can then replace it he told me "my boss has higher standards and we will not replace the battery for you." It turns out Pete's Towing Company (contracted by AAA, did not want to incur a cost of repalce a battery they are responsible to replace).
When I told him and showed him that the battery was covered under AAA's 3 year battery warrnaty he told me "I know this stuff is hard to understand for some people" and continued to insult me and left without replacing the battery. After the person left, I recieved a phone call from Pete's Towing office essentially begging me to rate them and give 5 stars as it is really important for their business. Multiple calls of this followed.
