Robert said there seems to be an air leak around the driver side door. The repairs to the vehicle took 1 week longer than expected due to a delay by the insurance company. The vehicle looks like new. He said Donna deserves a gold star. She has been a tremendous help, particularly when dealing with the insurance company.

Spoke with Dolores. She said she was very pleased with the business. They did very well and she was not there very long. She said on a previous visit her husband had a really bad experience while getting an oil change and a rotation. On that visit the appointment was at 11 am and at 1 pm her husband was still waiting, and they live 2 and a half hours away from the business.

Wayne said Bryan was fantastic. He highly recommends them to anybody. They paid close attention to his needs. Kevin, Jennifer, Bob and Adam are wonderful. He said he's been going there for a long time. Wayne said he bought his first vehicle from them when he was 17. He's now 46.

Rodre said he was definitely satisfied with the quality of the repair services. The representatives performed an excellent job. Everything regarding his repair service was completed right on time. Everything they handled from the personnel was excellent, from the body work to the rental company. The representatives were respectful, and they weren't racist. They performed an excellent quality of workmanship, as well as with their level of customer services. He has had repair services in 2000, and they performed a great level of repair services then too. He would definitely recommend the business for repair service by internet, text, and in person, because of the reasons above.
