Priscilla said she's very upset. She brought two vehicles in for repairs. Her Lincoln is out and it's fine. Her Charger is back in due to when she picked it up she noticed her seat belt was not working and it was before she took it in. It had been in for 3 weeks for other work that was being done. Now it has been in for 3 more weeks and she is still making payments on that vehicle. She also had a call from the other person's insurance company to tell her that the bill is $925 and that they were going to charge her insurance company. Something is wrong because it should not have taken that long to fix the seat belt. It is not right because they had the rental for 37 days because the vehicles were not ready when promised and she was never told why. One of the advisors had told her when she picked up her other vehicle that she had to close out a ticket and the rental would be paid for. Then she was told that was not true they would only pay for an additional 3 days, which didn't make any sense because they still have the vehicle. At this time until this matter is resolved she will not recommend this place of business.
