"Air Conditioning problem, Then I am to get my own transportation for the repairs on day 4 and 5"
I am in for warranty repair. I have taken my car in for 3 days, to have my air conditioner fixed, on my own schedule. It is not repaired. They want it for day 4 and 5 to call a Hyundai rep. but cant offer me a vechicle, only a discount on a rental.
My work has suffered for the other 3 days, as I start earlier than their shuttle driver. I have bought my car at this dealer and it is the only place I have taken it for repairs. I have stuck with this dealership, because I love the kind and caring people, but I am being told that it is policy to not accomodate me with a vechicle?? I am being told that is not a non driveable circumstance, yet if they now need it for two more days , than it is a non driveable circumstance for me.

"The staff and their knowledge -"
The staff are very friendly and do their best to make you feel at home. I give them my keys, I get a cup of coffee and catch up on my reading. Great way to start the day!
