Love the early bird drop off. Amanda the service tech called and gave me an estimate shortly after they service dept opened. Called when my vehicle was ready. Car was washed and clean when I arrived to pick it up. All went very smooth.

took car in because "check engine" light was on. Car was shifting funny. Left overnight as I dropped it off after 4:00 pm on Monday. Was called back Tuesday morning and was told part needed to be replaced. They finished work by 1:00 and had a courtesy van driver pick me up - as I lived within the 10 mile radius of their business. So far, so good on the car running better and shifting normally now.

"On time, under Estimate."
Went in for a 60K service. Car was ready ahead of the promised time, and the final cost came under the original estimate because: 1) tire rotation was not performed because the condition of the front and rear tires as is "did not warrant a rotation", and 2) the windwhield wiper motor (bolt) just needed to be re-torqued as opposed to a complete replacement of the assembly (Wipers had been operating somewhat anomalously sometimes). And Received 3 courtesy calls prior to pick up.

"Electrical problem "
Had a problem with my headlights and dashboard lights flashing when I used my turn signals at night. The fix was a new turn signal switch. Took a while for it to show up but a sharp service repairman finally duplicated it. That was the key to fixing it. Thank you.

"Great Dealership"
I always feel i get good service here. Chris recommended some other work that I need done on my car but wasnt push about it. Also told me my break pads are low... and I said I had an oil change done recently and it was the back they told me not the front, Chris offered to take pictures of the break pads to show how low they were! All the work was done that day they had a shuttle drop me off and pick me up ( Diego was the driver , very nice guy) Very good service all around!
