They were not only friendly, but knowledgeable and honest. From this point forward i will be getting my car baby serviced here. They took the time to not only show me but walk me through what was causing the problem and what was required to fix it. Thank you

Dear Mr. Digirolamo:
I'm sorry that you where not satisfied with your last visit. As you know, when you came in you only asked for an oil change and that you had a coupon on file. Just for general information this coupon gives you 2 free tire rotations. The first was done at your first visit. The next Service a tire rotation is not recommended and it should be done every other oil change or 7 to 10k miles. This is a standard tire procedure and a rotation  was not needed. When you get your next oil change we will rotate your tires as recommended. Again I am sorry for the confusion and it is my hope that you will continue to have Quality Auto Centers maintain and service all your vehicles.

Hajiali said he had a groupon for $30 to make his head lights clear. He was told it would take an hour, but it took 2 hours and he's not sure why. He was told it would cost another $30 and he was okay with that. Two day's later his head light were fogged up again. So he doesn't think he will recommend the business.

Dear Mr.Hajiali:
When you brought your vehicle in for headlamp refinishing the amount of corrosion on lamps where unknown. This process usually takes about !hr to complete. Because you lens were badly distorted it would require additional time and cost. This information was presented to you and you agreed to continue the job. We completed the lens reconditioning and you where pleased with the results. I'm not sure why you have responded with a negative review. This is an unfair review and you really should repost a better review. Everything was explained to you and you agreed to the additional time and cost and your lens came out beautifully. Please reconsider your negative response and repost. Thank You
