I'm sorry to hear your visit didn't seem to fix the issue to your satisfaction! And appreciate the business and the opportunity to work with you, and on your vehicle. We alwasy strive for 5 star visits, and the fact we left you with a 4 is something we will work on moving forward. I'll speak to George to get particulars on the update, and make sure we are doing whatever is within our control to make your ownership experience a great one.
I reported this encounter the following business day. Then again when I got the bill for the disposition fee. Then again when NO ONE called me back either time. It's been 2 months and I just spoke with the GM. I'm still responsible for the disposition fee-fine, anything to be free from this insultingly unprofessional company.
Bottom line, want a car? Are you a woman? Go to Executive. It's more likely you'll deal with someone there who understands you're a gainfully employed woman who doesn't need a man to call the shots.
Oh and by the way-to my husband, I'm the boss.
Pat - based on the comments, I see we were pretty good overall, but definitely want to strive to make all future visits 5 star as opposed to 4.
