Fast Service
I came in for 2 recalls on my 2013 Elantra Limited. Check-in at the Service counter was a breeze. I was told it could be about 2 hours, but they would call when the car was ready. I waited and decided to walk over to Wendy's. It was a beautiful day so the walk was great. The Service team was able to finish the Recalls in under two hours. At Pick-up there was no up sale to have any work done. They did let me know, I would need new tires by Winter. Thank you Brandfon Hyundai!

Oil change
Waited two hours for an oil change. After two hours I went to ask what was taking so long only to find out my car was done. Not sure how much longer I waited or how much longer I would have waited if I didn't get up myself. The man at the desk said it was due to the heat. I don't know if that's true or not, but if that is the case then they should warn the customer.

Not satisfied with service
Took more time for service than committed and there was no update provided while I kept waiting. To make matters worse, I figured out that the fix was not thorough and I will need to go back.
