1.) they had to reschedule my estimate for overbooking 2.) didn't call when claim was approved/to schedule repair 3.) called to reschedule repair (day before) because didn't have part 4.) didn't call to update part; I called after 3 weeks 5.) didn't return call when I was checking on part, had to call again 6.) once again didn't call to update on part, but just cancelled with insurance . Also, we are talking about a vehicle only 8 years old. I found the missing part (using the part number on the estimate) available online and called on it's availability at 3 different suppliers - no problem.
After complaining to Farmers insurance about the treatment I received from Crash Champions I'm told Crash Champions said they kept trying to reach my son with updates. THEY DO NOT HAVE HIS NUMBER! He only brought the vehicle in for the estimate. He lives with us and we talked about wondering what was up with the delay FREQUENTLY. This is one million percent a lie. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY THAT WILL LIE.
