"fast, friendly, reliable"
I am always happy with the service I receive from the minute I walk in the door. It doesn't matter if you need an inspection or just a tail light replaced, they are so friendly and accommodating.

Culeen said they were actually able to fit her in within a couple of days of her call in. They got the repair done in a decent amount of time. The mechanic called and explained why she needed to replace the front brakes. Both the mechanic and the person at the front desk were very personable.

"Honest and reliable"
I can always count on Randy and his team for great, fast service. It's nice to have someone you know you can trust when you need work done on your car. Being a single woman I have been taken across as far as telling me I needed work done that I didn't really need. I know I don't have to worry about this happening at Randy's.

All Pa Safety inspection stations must follow procedures and standards set forth and regulated by Penn Dot. We follow these rules and take them very seriously as doing otherwise will put an usafe vehicle on the street and is an invitation to a hearing in front of your Local County Judge who will not only impose heavy monetary fines on the technician and the Station owner (thousands is a very realistic, the State keeps the fines-they need the money), but will then shut down the inspection operations of the Station and revoke licenses from the technician and Station Owner as well. This new customer informed us he has his Pa Safety Inspectors license, I'm curious why he didn't do his own inspection, even if he isn't currently working,most previous employers will let a good tech come in and inspect their own vehicles, that is, unless there was a problem somewhere.
I stand by the deficiencies we found on this vehicle, 3 sets of eyes examined them, the tech, the lead tech and myself, as is SOP in this shop. Ever hear of the saying, Doctors make the worst patients?
