Leo said the vehicle was delayed by two days. The employees didn't care that the vehicle was late. He thought less of the explanation because they had to add an extra charge to the repairs since they found additional damage. They didn't keep him informed and he had to keep calling them to receive information.

Spoke with Doris' husband. He said his experience was excellent. He was very satisfied with both the paint and body work. He was highly impressed with how quickly they got the job done. From the time they checked in the vehicle, until it was done, took less than 30 minutes. Everything they did was excellent except the explanation of the repair process was only somewhat satisfactory.

Spoke with Hiley. She said she has worked with this business before and they are super communicative about everything. They were somewhat indifferent. They were not particularly compassionate but she did not expect them to be. They were just doing their job. They did not keep her updated. She only heard from them when it was time to pick up the vehicle.

"Satisfied!"
The only two negatives: (1) The "finished" date kept moving from one week to, in the end, about two and a half weeks. (2) They told the rental agency I had turned the rental car in the day after I actually did so the rental agency was going to charge me for an extra day. Fortunately, I called the rental company and discovered this so no harm, no foul. Other than that, my first impression was that the office was clean and welcoming, a plus when you're not comfortable in mechanic's shops. Everyone I talked to was kind, pleasant and had a good sense of humor which made a stressful time more palatable. Communication was good and I got frequent updates. Car looks good and was very clean when I picked it up.
