Kari said the business did a good job on the repair. Her vehicle was ready when promised the second time they told her it would be ready. The repair was supposed to be finished in 2 weeks, but it took 4 weeks because they found additional damage. They did not explain the repair process. They did not call with updates. She had to call them. The communication should have been better.

Sharron said she was having issues with the two insurances debating whether they were going to pay for the repairs and Roosevelt Auto Body stepped in and told her if the insurance would not pay, they would take responsibility. She appreciates that they turned themselves inside out to make her happy. There was an issue with the paint and the vehicle was dirty on the inside but this was just an oversight and she took the vehicle back and they immediately took care of it. It was perfect.
