Annika said she had to return her vehicle. She was not adequately updated on her vehicle. When she went to get her vehicle, she noticed a scratch on her vehicle and when she asked the business, they had no explanation. When she returned to the business the second time, the scratch faded a bit. She said she wouldn't really recommend this business because she already has another facility that she's been with for a while and her family also goes to the same place. She only went through this business because this business accepted the insurance company. She was overall pleased with the work that was done.
