I called talked to the manager and told him I need a oil pressure sensor, he said $130 labor plus the part, I said that is all I want three times, he said thats fine and ill give you a level one inspection free, two hours later he calls me and said their are 45 codes I told him my car has been at the dealership a couple of months ago, I can't afford no more money, he told meet might not fix the problem putting in the sensor, I said I don't care im paying you to put in the part with the labor, it should have been around $200, I investigated doing it myself I just didn't have the tool. he then told me to put the part in it would be over $300. I said no thats not what we talked about, he agued and said come pick up my car, I told him that was not the deal. first of all he did not give no paperwork and I never signed for that. he then tried to hold my car hostage. he took the keys from the tech in the office the tech walked out while we were talking, he put the keys down so I grabbed the keys he grabbed my wrist cursed me out I took off to the sheriff station to do a report the sheriff took my report gave me a citation for your because he said he had a witness, he's a liar and so is the witness. in fact I told the sheriff to look at the tape he said they tried and nothing I hope they show up in court because what the so called witness will be in trouble for perjury. I tried reaching out to the owner and he said he's unavailable, so many lies, im going to make sure your employees are held accountable, they made a false police report because they didn't get paid, it was just so happens I was fast at getting my keys
