While checking out the car I was introduced to Ken. Ken is one of the master porsche mechanics at RPM. Ken began to give me the run down on the most recent maintenance on the vehicle and what to expect. Me being an avid car enthusiast and mechanic talking shop with Ken really put my mind at ease.
Another individual that helped me was Alan. Alan is very professional and to the point. Alan helped with the paperwork and made everything really easy for me.
After purchase of my 02 Carrera 4s I had to return back to RPM a few days after because of a check engine light. One thing I made clear before purchase was I did not want to buy a car that needed work. RPM sales their cars as is and I understood that but RPM takes care of their customers. Ken ran the codes on my car and fixed it for me free of charge to me. My car runs better than ever now and it’s because of Ken and the crew at RPM.
I know my 22 year old C4S isn’t perfect but boy does it run great. I’m very happy to have done business here and I would definitely recommend friends and family to this dealership. I felt nothing but good vibes throughout my whole experience, so much so that I wouldn’t mind going in to visit just to talk shop with Ken haha.
