Poor customer service overshadowed a good repair.
The quality of the work was good. But the whole experience working with some of the office staff was not. One seemed to have a "don't call us, we'll call you" attitude with regards to getting regular updates which never came. Being a reasonable customer, I gave them time to call me to give an update, but after days would go by and not hearing anything, I just had to find out what was going on. Which when I did was, was met with an annoyed and rude attitude, then they would check their computer system and would say one thing, then transfer me to another attendant which would say something different, neither of which seemed like the job was progressing as it should. They did not seemed organized and have good internal communication. I began to get emotionally upset worrying how long it was going to take to get my car back, and if I would reach my insurance company's car rental limit. I had to ask my insurance company to intervene in order to seem to get priority on the job.
