"90k maintenance"
I got great service from Dan Fresh. He kept me updated on the maintenance process and asked several times if I needed a ride somewhere. I planned on staying while the work was being done. It was actually completed in less time than was quoted. The only thing I did not like was the when I first got there, Dan was on the phone and a young girl checked me in. She seemed unsure of herself and what I explained to her.

I was in for an oil change and I was happy when they told me that I did not need an oil filter, mine was fine. They did recommend tires, but were not pushy. They gave a quote on several options.

"Nagging for a review is annoying"
While the service was great...timely, courteous, accurate, helpful... And, I don't mind filling out a review. However, when I've already done it, decided I didn't want to be public about my views, and continue to get emails asking for my feedback, I feel annoyed. My review goes from Excellent to Okay.
