Poor Communication and Service
I had high hopes of getting my under-warranty vehicle serviced properly at this location. I am having transmission problems. I checked and found that there is a known issue discussed by many people who own this type of vehicle. The owner of the service facility showed me what he thought the problem was and started ordering parts. I believed he knew what he was talking about. He kept my car for an additional day to put it on a machine to check the transmission. I picked up the vehicle, and while driving home, the same problem I had initially was still an issue: vibration and hesitancy in the transmission. I called the next day and spoke to an employee about it. I heard the owner in the background say, "There's nothing wrong with that car." I asked the employee to have the owner call me back. Two days later, I have not received a phone call. Not only was the owner dismissive and rude, but his lack of communication was appalling. I drive the car and I know when there is a problem. To treat me like a child who does not know what he is talking about is insulting. It seems to me that he got his money out of the warranty company and could care less about his workmanship, let alone customer service. The potential loss of business is great because I will not recommend his business to anyone. Everyone should be treated properly. I could understand if a mistake was made and he needed to look at the car again. But to tell me nothing is wrong because he thinks he is the god of the auto service industry is demeaning and insulting. Do better. Be better. Karma is real.
