"Employees are so helpful"
I had to have a brake job done and am on a low fixed income. The employee was very helpful to keep the cost of repair as low as possible. Also, the repair was done without waiting too long. I will always use Taylors Complete Auto Care!

"Always great and affordable service"
Both times I've been to Taylor's, I have received exceptional service. My vehicle gets checked out quickly and I get a good estimate. Theybaldo have been able to get me in last minute with same day service.

Deborah said this business is awesome. They are very polite and the work was awesome. They didn't charge her an arm and a leg like some places do when they see a single woman. They did it in a reasonable amount of time and worked her in on her schedule. Brian was awesome. He took her to Denny's, which was a block and a half away while she waited for her vehicle and then he picked her up when he took her vehicle for a test drive. Other places quoted her $575 and they did the work for $248, which included brakes and rotors. She is not going anywhere else for repairs on her vehicle. She will not be going to them for her tires because they are still under warranty but everything she will go to them.

Aaron said he bought four new tires, and they came with some incentives, such as a 75,000 mile warranty, road hazard insurance, and free rotate and balance. He paid the same amount as the estimate, but the incentives were not listed on the receipt. When he paid, he asked about it, but the guy who took his money did not even know about the incentives. He said he would have to talk with Brian, the person who sold him the tires, but Brian was already gone for the day. He called Brian the next day, who told him to stop back by, and he would write the incentives on the receipt. It should be pretty standard. At other businesses he has been to, the all the little perks are automatically listed on the receipt. Now he will have to take extra time to drive back over there. He would recommend this business, but would tell the person to make sure they have all the incentives down on paper before paying for it. The price was cheaper than another place he contacted, and everything else was fine.
