As a first time customer from out of state my expectations were low. An inspection. That’s it. But obviously that’s not all that profitable. But to make it worse, a misdiag. Yes there was play in the right rear suspension. Was recommended a control arm for $450. Which is interesting considering book time but whatever. The kicker is the actual cause, the jam nut on the arm being obviously loose. I suppose the correct repair isn’t always profitable but whatever. I won’t be back. Lady in the office friendly though so props for that
