"Routine Checkup Missed the Details"
Overall, great service and timely work. Provided a loan car for the extended service time. Was a bit disappointed to find that my brake light, which I requested be fixed initially, was still out upon picked. Apparently, the 5 Point Inspection does not include the lights...

"Great Service Always"
I'm always happy with the service at Todd Archer and intend to bring my car back for Oil Changes or Maintenance as long as I own my 2015 Sonata.. That is why I bought my car there in the first place and not over in Council Bluffs where I live at the local Hyundai Dealership.. Thank you for such GREAT Service every time. ; )

"Great customer service "
Everything was excellent about the service. The only thing I noticed was I got synthetic oil and the wrong mileage was posted in my windshield, but no biggie. Other than that the host was great and I got back my car back nice and clean so that's always awesome.

"Need a change!"
Purchased the 2011 Sonata in April, soon found it was low on oil and that serviceing of the vehicle had not been done before we took it from the lot. In October my Grandson had a minoraccident because he could not stop the vehicle in time. We already had a appointment to check a indicator light and I scheduled an oil change. During this appointment you discovered the front brake pads where 95% gone, could this have been the cause of my Grandsons’ accident? I don’t know but seems to be highly likely. The point is, if this vehicle had been properly serviced before allowing me to drive away from the dealership, neither the low oil or dangerously depleted brake pads would have been an issue. A review of your procedure seems to be seriously needed. Your service has always been excellent and me and family have purchased 8 vehicle from this dealership in the last 10 years. My faith is still in tac, but I will approach any new purchases with caution.
