Spoke with Sharon. She said she had to take the vehicle back. She picked it up on the 18th and took it back in the 21st, the trunk was crooked with a hump in it and the inside of the trunk looked like they had used some sort of putty and it needed to be painted. She was not given a promise date, she was told it should only take a couple days, but she picked it up the 29th. The first time it was in there she was kept updated, but when she took it back the adjuster called her on Tuesday and they had not even started, then on Wednesday they called and said it should be ready in a couple days. After that she had to call them to get any information. She was treated okay, she is not sure if she spoke to anyone in the business. She stated since it is Tom Williams that sells luxury vehicles she thought they would be better because of the dealership.

Michael said he was not satisfied with the quality of service provided to his vehicle. The repairs were unfinished when they returned it to him. He mentioned it was ready 3 days later than promised, and they did not give him a reason for the delay. He said they did not follow up with him, or keep him adequately informed during the repair process.

Jason said he scheduled the appointment to have an estimate performed. The estimate took 2 hours. They charged him $157.00 for reading the codes on his vehicle.

Shanille said this business did not properly fix her vehicle and has to return to them. One of the things that was broken was the door panel. She would not recommend this business for this reason.

Michael said he was not happy with his experience with this business. The repair took too long and the service was not that good. He was told the repair would take two weeks, but it ended up taking 5 weeks. He was given many different reason multiple times. He chose not to elaborate further. The business did not prepare the estimate. The insurance adjuster who prepared his estimate never gave him a real number as to what it would cost until the end, which was twice what he was expecting. The employees did not keep him informed and he had to call multiple times to find out what was going on. He would not recommend this business for these reasons.

Cardell said this business took way longer than what he was originally told. When he got his vehicle back the glass was cracked and no one said anything about it to him. He said it took them an extra 2 weeks compared to what they said because they were under staffed. He had to contact them to remain informed and they kept making excuses. He said he would not recommend them due to reasons already stated.

Katherine said there was a lack of communication by the facility. The vehicle was a couple of days later than had been scheduled and there was no reason given for the delay. She was not kept informed during the repair by the facility. She is not satisfied with the communication due to the lack of it. She would not recommend them based on this experience.

Jimmy said he did not have a good experience at this business because his vehicle was hit while it was there. He has to take his vehicle back because the door does not shut or open smoothly, it just hangs. They took an extra week longer than expected due to his vehicle being hit while on the premises. They had to replace the whole front end. He was not told about the incident. He found out from an insurance representative of a wrecker who telephoned him . The insurance representative told him a vehicle came off of the wrecker and hit his vehicle parked in the parking lot. They did not even communicate with him about his vehicle being hit so he was not happy. He would not recommend them to others due to everything stated above.

Michelle said she has used the affiliated service department before. She did not get the level of service she was used to in the service department. She also said there was a problem with communication as she could not get call backs and could not get a hold of her representative. The vehicle was a day late, because of a part. Also the estimate was off because more work was found after the work was started.

John said the repair took 9 weeks total. It took 3 to 4 weeks longer than promised due to finding additional damage and parts. The business had lack of communication. He had to contact the business for repair updates. He was not satisfied with the communication for the reasons already mentioned. He would not recommend this business for the reasons mentioned.

Marlin said the quality of work was fine at this business but the service was horrendous. He had to wait a week and a half after the promised date to get his vehicle because they could not find the part they needed after it arrived at their facility. He had to contact them to get status updates on his vehicle. He would not recommend them to others for the reasons mentioned.

Shay said when she came by to pick it up, she was told somebody at this business scratched her vehicle by mistake while wearing a jacket. Even though they attempted to fix it, but she is still not satisfied with it. She has not had the time to come back to this business due to being extremely busy. If she had not noticed it, the problem would have been worse. She was not updated through the process which effected the communication. She was called when the vehicle was ready. Due to the reasons mentioned, which should not have existed, she would not recommend this business.

Spoke with Maria. She said she was very disappointed. There were unspecified issues with the bodywork and there were unspecified mechanical issues as well. They had the vehicle from December until February. She did not elaborate as to the length of the delay and she did not know the reason for it. She is unsure if her husband was updated. It took a very long time for the estimate to be prepared, also. She said it might have taken so long due to the holiday season but she is unsure She was not satisfied with the personnel for the reasons mentioned. When she did try to contact them, it was difficult to reach them. She would not recommend the business for the reasons mentioned.

Charles said the paint color does not match the original paint. There are new scrapes on the inside of his bumper where they prepared his vehicle for repairs. They hit something with the rear bumper. They may have backed his vehicle into something or something hit the bumper. It took 45 minutes for them to bring his vehicle around to be picked up. They may have done additional damage which they had to scurry to fix. He will not recommend this business until they fix his vehicle.
