Spoke with Elizabeth. She said she had to have a wheel rim replaced and when she open the lift gate she found the old wheel rim they had boxed up and left in her vehicle. She had to drive back to the business to give them the old wheel rim. Her vehicle was promised to be completed in 1 week and it took 2 weeks to complete the repair. They said her vehicle was delayed because it was harder to paint it. They sent her emails to keep her posted and they emailed her once to let her know her vehicle and gone in to begin the repair. She did not receive any other emails or updates on the repair process. She did not have any communication with them. She chose this business because they are USAA approved and they work on Lexus vehicles.

John said the representative was not proficient and he caught him in a white lie, twice. His vehicle was delayed for about a month, because of the service writers inability to follow up with his insurance company. The emails and texts were very vague. They were not contacting anyone associated with his insurance company, to speed up the process.

Steve said he had asked them to order the parts and paint them and then let him know when to take his vehicle in. It took over a month for him to hear back from someone. They do good work but they are slow. They took a long time returning his calls. There was some miscommunication when he asked them to call him when the parts were painted.

Josie said she is pleased with this business and they did a really good job. However, there is a noise coming from the rear of the vehicle while it is in motion and the fuel gauge is not working correctly. She is planning on having her daughter return in the next few days to have them look at these issues. Her vehicle was 2 to 3 days past the promise date due to a parts delay. She liked the email update she received but does not understand why they stopped after the promise date had posted.

Rena said that she ran into multiple delays and complications during her experience with this business. She was not satisfied with the quality of repairs because she noticed when she drives at a high speed there is an air leak where they replaced her window shield. She is only able to hear this when she is driving at a high speed and has only encountered this experience a couple of times. She said if she is in the area she may stop by to get this looked at, otherwise she does not plan to contact someone there. She was initially told her vehicle would be completed within 3 weeks. Instead it took 5 weeks because her dash board lights came on and they had to figure out why. Also, there may have been a parts delay. Who ever replaced her windshield had damaged the windshield during the repair. They had to replace this, which took extra time. She is unsure if she was kept informed because the communication was poor. She was told one day that her vehicle would be ready and when she showed up they told her that they needed more time. This was inconvenient for her because she lives an hour away and is not local. The staff there are super nice and Chad, her estimator did a good job handling the complications. She is unsure if she is satisfied with the communication but said the communication was good and she received repair status updates via email. She mentioned the issues were eventually taken care of and she is satisfied with their work. She appreciates they provided her with a loaner vehicle during the repair so she could take care of her needs.

Amy said she felt like the customer service was not very good from the people at the front desk. Mike was awesome. The back side of the vehicle was not washed. The alignment is still off and she has contacted this business regarding this, but they have not returned her call. Her vehicle was 3 to 4 days late due to the paint not being right, then another day and a half due to parts delay. Enterprise provided her with a filthy rental vehicle and it stunk.

Lauren said hey kept the vehicle for one month, and she would rate the experience with a low rating. They kept extending the ready time for different reasons, and it was not ready when promised. She was not kept informed during the repair process, and she had to call them to get updated. She was frustrated with the communication.

Shenita said she was happy with the quality of the work but there were two raised parts on the paint. The vehicle was a week late due to a parts delay and she was not kept informed of the status. Her estimator did a poor job because he did not look at her vehicle well enough to make an adequate estimate and she had to pay more than she expected.

John said it took a good while to get the repairs done. It turned out to be more expensive and his vehicle doesn't run. They checked the battery and they thought it was alright. He's not sure if that's the problem or it may be the alternator. Overall, he's putting no blame on this business and he had an average experience. No promised date was given, but it took 8 days to complete the work. It would've been better if this business told him an estimated delivery date. He would still add that they do good work.
