James said everything was okay at the business, except the receptionist was very rude. He was wanting to know if his vehicle was ready, so he called and left a message. When his call was not returned, he called them again. After about three calls, Andy called him and told him there was some additional damage to the radiator. This lead to a delay, but he was not sure exactly how much longer it took. The only estimate he knows of is from the insurance company, so he never saw anything from the business. There are a couple of little things the business forgot to do. One is the rubber shield that goes on the underside of his vehicle and the other is the tag that goes on the front, near the license plate. He would recommend them because not everyone will have his experience and the work they did was good.
