Spoke with Sharon. She said she had to take the vehicle back. She picked it up on the 18th and took it back in the 21st, the trunk was crooked with a hump in it and the inside of the trunk looked like they had used some sort of putty and it needed to be painted. She was not given a promise date, she was told it should only take a couple days, but she picked it up the 29th. The first time it was in there she was kept updated, but when she took it back the adjuster called her on Tuesday and they had not even started, then on Wednesday they called and said it should be ready in a couple days. After that she had to call them to get any information. She was treated okay, she is not sure if she spoke to anyone in the business. She stated since it is Tom Williams that sells luxury vehicles she thought they would be better because of the dealership.
