Spoke with Mary. She stated that the vehicle was about 4 days late due to a communication issue about the number of coats of paint the vehicle had on it. Mary said she wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair because they should have told her ahead of time rather than the day before the vehicle was due that it wasn't going to be ready when promised. She mentioned to the business when they said that the vehicle was going to be a week late that this was unacceptable they pushed her vehicle up in the line for paint. The vehicle was still 4 days late but at least it wasn't a week late. Mary wasn't satisfied with the communication because they didn't give her the right amount of time that they would have the vehicle and rental vehicles aren't cheap. Because of the above mentioned reason she wouldn't recommend this business to others.
