Spoke with David. He said he was happy with this business' communication and the job performed, with the exception of it taking 6 or 7 weeks because they couldn't get parts. He is happy and thrilled with how good his vehicle looks because it looks awesome and like nothing ever happened. He was not provided a promise time and was told he would be contacted when the vehicle was ready. His wife handled the estimate and chose not to evaluate the thoroughness. He was satisfied with this business' personnel except for the one lady he spoke to when he was trying to figure out when his vehicle would be ready. He had told that lady he had already spent over $1000 on a rental at that point and all she said was they would let him know when it was ready. However, the guy who usually handled it was out sick and when he returned, he called and apologized. This business did a great job. He chose this business because it is where he purchased his vehicle from and so he thought they would do a good job. The insurance company also recommended this business to him.
