Hongbum said he had his vehicle back at this business for repairs because the first time they had ordered the wrong part and he needed it to be replaced. The part was a plastic piece that fits between the glass and door. The paint refinish needed additional buffing also. This business did not keep him informed on the status of his vehicle in the 4 days they had it. The General Manager communicated with him alright but a female representative he spoke with on the phone was really mean. He said he thinks her name is Mandy. She was yelling at him on the phone. Hongbum mentioned this is not how a representative for a business should treat their customers.
