Jason said he was not kept informed up front about the rental vehicle when he made the initial appointment. He said he thought this business would have set him up with a rental vehicle and it would be available when he brought the vehicle in. He sat around for 15 minutes and then realized that he was not getting one. He said his vehicle looks fairly decent. He had to wait a day longer for his vehicle because the paint work was not finished. He was not kept informed by this business and he had to call them to get updates about his vehicle. He said he did not have an estimate done by this business. The insurance company did an estimate that he was satisfied with and he gave it to this business. He was not satisfied with the communication because they did not keep him informed and they did not tell him up front that he needed to arrange his own rental vehicle.
