Kristin said she had a hard time getting in touch with this business. The business did not call her to keep her updated and they did not return her phone calls. She said she had communication problems with the insurance company as well and the insurance company did not communicate with this business. The vehicle was ready two weeks late because of insurance communication problems. She said she would not recommend this business because of how long the work took.
